Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using Tijori.

1Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Tijori, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the application.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use Tijori, in accordance with the app's age rating on the Apple App Store.
2Description of Service
Tijori is a private photo and video vault application that operates entirely on your device with AES-256-GCM encryption. The app provides:
- An encrypted photo vault protected by PIN and biometric authentication
- An in-app camera for capturing photos directly into the vault
- Photo import from the device library
- Auto-wipe feature triggered by repeated incorrect PIN attempts
- Intruder photo logging (optional)
- Encrypted backup via your own iCloud account (optional)
Tijori does not provide any proprietary cloud storage service and does not guarantee 24/7 availability, as the app depends entirely on iOS and your device.
3Subscription & Payment
Tijori offers an auto-renewable annual subscription:
19.99 SAR / year
Annual subscription — automatically renews on the same date each year
- Full access to all app features
- Free updates throughout the subscription period
- New features added at no extra charge
💳 Subscription Terms
- All payments are processed by Apple App Store — we never see your card details
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Cancel any time via: Device Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
- No partial refund is issued upon cancellation during an active subscription period
- Pricing may change on future renewals with advance notice from Apple
- Apple's standard refund policy applies to all in-app purchases
🎁 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it may only be used once per Apple ID. Charges begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
4User Responsibilities
By using Tijori, you accept the following responsibilities:
🔑 Access Security
- PIN code: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong PIN and keeping it confidential. We cannot recover a forgotten PIN.
- Auto-wipe: If you enable the auto-wipe feature, you accept responsibility for unintentional data loss from incorrect PIN entries.
- Backups: You are responsible for maintaining regular backups. Tijori cannot recover deleted data.
- iCloud account: You are responsible for the security of your own Apple ID and iCloud account.
⚖️ Acceptable Use
You may only use Tijori for lawful purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Storing content belonging to other individuals without their consent
- Any use that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia or your country of residence
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the app or break its encryption
- Circumventing any security mechanism within the app
⚠️ Important Data Loss Warning
Because Tijori operates without its own servers, losing your PIN, deleting the app, or experiencing device failure means permanent data loss unless you have an iCloud backup enabled. We strongly recommend enabling iCloud backup within the app settings.
5Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including:
🚫 What We Do Not Warrant
- That the app will operate without interruption or errors at all times
- Recovery of data lost due to user error, device failure, or iOS updates
- Compatibility with all current or future iOS versions or Apple devices
- Protection against advanced physical attacks beyond the capabilities of iOS
💰 Financial Liability Cap
In the most extreme circumstances, our liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or non-material damages.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In such cases, the applicable legal limits in your jurisdiction will apply.
6Intellectual Property
Tijori and all its elements — the name, logo, design, code, and user interface — are proprietary and protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms.
- Content you place in the app (your photos) remains your sole property
- You grant us no rights over your photos or personal content
- Reselling, copying, or distributing the app is not permitted
7Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- By you: Cancel your subscription and delete the app at any time via device Settings
- By us: We may discontinue the service with no less than 30 days advance notice — in which case a pro-rated refund of any remaining subscription fees will be issued
- For breach: We may suspend any service-dependent features without notice if you explicitly violate these Terms
8Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)
As Tijori is distributed via the Apple App Store, these Terms supplement Apple's App Store Standard End User License Agreement, available at:

📱 With Respect to Apple
- Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms prevail
- You may use the app on Apple devices owned by or under your control
- For any claims related to the app, please contact us — Apple bears no responsibility
9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt amicable resolution by contacting us at the email address below.
If amicable resolution is not possible, the competent Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement.
10Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material change via an in-app notification or the email associated with your App Store account. Continued use of the app after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
